SHIPPING: IRON VAULT offers ground shipping on most* products to anywhere in the United States for a flat rate fee of $8.95. This includes shipping to APO, FPO & DPO addresses. *Some oversized products are excluded.
DELIVERY DELAYS: Orders placed are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery is typically 2-6 business days but delays are common, shipping times aren't always guaranteed. Please note that projected delivery dates are estimated and are calculated by the chosen shipping carrier. IRON VAULT is not responsible for delays in shipping.
*Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, premium company. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be Saleable, items and packaging must be odor free and free of animal hair. All product must have original tags and must not be laundered or soiled. Footwear soles must be clean and have no signs of wear. Due to the nature of some products (i.e. Face Masks, Undergarments, laces,) returns will not be accepted. IRON VAULT reserves the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
Online returns are only accepted from the original purchaser. Clearance product is considered final-sale merchandise and cannot be returned.
If you receive your product and you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep the original packaging that came with the product until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns must be in new condition, both unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
When returning items to IRON VAULT, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. IRON VAULT is not responsible for any returned product that is lost or damaged in transit.
